Lauri Mathews

Lauri Mathews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in loan operations and mortgage servicing. Currently serving as the Director of Loan Operations at First Interstate since September 2020, Lauri has also held senior positions including Senior Mortgage Loan Servicing Manager and SVP, Senior Loan Servicing Director. Prior experience includes positions as Continuous Improvement Manager at Spokane Teachers Credit Union and Residential Loan Officer at Banner Bank. From January to June 2018, Lauri worked as VP, Continuous Improvement Director at Umpqua Bank and served as VP, Lending Support Director at Sterling Bank from December 2002 to June 2018. Lauri began a career in real estate as a Realtor with RE/MAX of Spokane from March 1996 to December 2002. Currently, Lauri is seeking new opportunities in the field.
