Laura Grider

Laura Grider has a strong background in the banking industry, starting as Branch Services Manager at Arvest Bank in 2003 and advancing to Vice President. Laura then transitioned to TriStar Pension Consulting in 2017 as an Office Administrator before joining First Liberty Bank in 2019. At First Liberty Bank, Laura held the positions of Assistant Vice President and later Vice President, Operations Manager, specializing in APRP, Wire, and Payment processes.

Laura Grider earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Oklahoma Wesleyan University in 2000. Laura then went on to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Southern Nazarene University in 2007. Additionally, Laura obtained certifications in Retirement Plan Fundamentals in 2018, Electronic Banking Officer Certification in 2021, and Accredited Payment Risk Professional in 2022.
