Michelle Macario has extensive experience in business development and marketing within the safety products and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive and previously as a Customer Success Associate and Inside Sales Representative at First Light Safety Products, Michelle focuses on building long-lasting customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service, particularly within the South Central region. Additionally, as a Marketing Specialist at First Light, Michelle has developed and executed marketing campaigns while analyzing market behavior to increase product awareness. Prior experience includes a similar role at Smartrend Manufacturing Group, where Michelle contributed to high-quality service and product delivery for OEMs and industrial producers.
