Vladimir Litoshenko has a wealth of experience in various roles within the technology and telecommunications industry. Vladimir currently serves as the Senior Vice President Human Resources at First Line Software, overseeing global HR strategy implementation and business development in Europe and Asia. Prior to this, Vladimir held positions such as Managing Partner and CEO at RDL-Telecom, LLC, and Business Development - Russia at Exigen Services. Vladimir's educational background includes a Master's degree in Computing Technologies and Informatics from Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "LETI" and an MBA in General Management from State University of Management (SUM).
