Rebeca M. Araya Morales

Rebeca M. Araya Morales is an experienced professional in government relations and corporate social responsibility, currently serving as the Director of Government Relations & CSR at First Majestic Silver Corp. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Rebeca held various positions in communications and CSR, including Manager of Communications & CSR at Peña Colorada, where responsibilities involved developing and implementing communication strategies for the largest iron ore mine in Mexico. As CSR & Sustainability Manager at ArcelorMittal México, Rebeca led corporate responsibility initiatives across multiple sites. Rebeca's earlier roles included communications management at Hewlett-Packard and ArcelorMittal Costa Rica, along with experience as an instructional designer at Aura Interactiva. Rebeca holds an M.B.A. in Marketing from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and various certifications in innovation, design thinking, and corporate social responsibility.
