Currently serving as Jefe de Campamento y Logistica at First Majestic Silver Corp. since April 2017, Ruben has previously held the position of Services and Camp Manager at MINERA BOLEO from April 2014 to April 2017, where responsibilities included managing transport services, maintenance, and accommodations for over 800 employees. Prior to this, Ruben worked as Camp Manager at Au Rico, overseeing hotel operations and employee satisfaction, and also served as Front Desk Manager at Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites, where coordination of reservations and staff management were key duties. Ruben holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Interamericana del Norte de Chihuahua.
