Adalberto Ruiz

Adalberto Ruiz has a diverse work history, primarily in the areas of customer service, management, and telecommunications. Adalberto started their career in 2010 as a call center outsourcing supervisor at PR Wireless. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at OPEN MOBILE, D.B.A. P.R. WIRELESS as a Manager of customer service quality and development, Supervisor chat social networking. In this role, they had extensive experience in quality control processes and supervision of groups. In 2018, they joined Rent Express by Berrios, Inc. as a Credit representative and later became a Credit lead and then a Gerente de sucursal. Adalberto recently joined First Medical Health Plan, Inc. in 2021 as a Gerente de Enlace.
