Currently serving as the Lead Commercial Administrator at First Merchants Corporation since November 2014, Baily has previously held roles as a Commercial Administrator and Service Associate within the same organization. Prior to this, Baily worked at Old Second National Bank from October 2006 to October 2014, where responsibilities included serving as a Bank Teller.
