Mark K. Hardwick

Mark K. Hardwick is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, of First Merchants Corporation. Prior to joining First Merchants Corporation in 1997, Hardwick was a senior accountant with BKD, LLP.

Hardwick is a graduate of Ball State University with a Bachelors degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
