Richard Ellis

Richard Ellis has worked in various roles throughout their career. Richard started in 1989 at PNC Financial Services Group as an Executive Vice President, where they worked until 2017. In 2010, they joined Downtown Indy as a Board Member and later became the Treasurer, overseeing the organization's finances and investments. In 2016, they joined Downtown Indy, Inc. as the Vice Chairman, providing governance and support for the organization's mission. Most recently, in 2018, they began working at First Merchants Corporation as the Managing Director of Debt Capital Markets.

Richard Ellis obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business between the years 1978 and 1982. Richard went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, from 1982 to 1983.
