Sharissa Ulrey

Sharissa Ulrey is the First Vice President, Director of Talent Development at First Merchants Corporation, where Sharissa leads the strategic direction of the Learning Development & Performance Team. Prior to their current role, Sharissa worked at PNC Bank for nearly 18 years, starting as a District Sales Executive and eventually becoming the Business Banking Sales Manager responsible for leading a team covering multiple counties in Indiana. With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Business Administration from Indiana State University and a Master's in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan, Sharissa brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of talent development and sales management. Throughout their career, Sharissa has demonstrated a strong focus on employee development and client satisfaction, driving revenue generation and market share growth.
