Bob Kelly has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry. Bob began as a Loan Officer in the Industrial Division at Standard Bank and Trust Company in 1995. Bob then worked their way up to become an Assistant Vice President and later a Vice President in the Industrial Division. Bob went on to serve as Senior Vice President and later Executive Vice President at Standard Bank and Trust Company, where they managed business banking efforts in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana markets. In 2017, they joined First Midwest Bank as the Executive Vice President and Director of Business Banking, focusing on driving the growth of commercial banking activities for clients in various markets. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated strong leadership skills in managing commercial lending, business development activities, and loan portfolio diversification.

Bob Kelly completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General at Northern Illinois University from 1985 to 1987. Bob then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, General at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1990 to 1993. Prior to that, from 1983 to 1985, they studied Business Administration and Management, General at St. Joseph's College (IN).
