Elaine Aspel

Elaine Aspel has over 25 years of experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the AVP, Regional Recruiting Manager at First Midwest Bank since 1999. Prior to this role, Elaine held the position of HR Manager at East Side Bank and Trust Company from 1993 to 1999, during which the bank operated six branches before being acquired by Standard Bank. Elaine holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Business from Lewis University.
