Karen Strom is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in operations and management. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at First Midwest Bank since January 2012, Karen has previously held key positions including Vice President at ORIX Business Credit and Assistant Vice President at GE Commercial Finance. At Cole Taylor Bank, Karen progressed from Collateral Analyst to Operations Team Leader. Additionally, experience includes roles as Operations Manager at Antares Capital Corporation and Heller Financial.
