Michael May

Michael May has extensive experience in the banking industry, starting as a Credit Analyst at Michigan National Bank in 1982. Michael then moved on to TCF Bank in 1985, where they worked their way up to Senior Vice President, managing the Illinois division's credit portfolio. In 2000, they joined Fifth Third Bank as Vice President, specializing in national Asset Based and Cash Flow lending. Since 2015, they have been with First Midwest Bank, also as Vice President, focusing on merger and acquisition financing and foreign currency transactions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in approving and structuring loans, managing portfolios, and training credit underwriters.

Michael May attended Eastern Michigan University from 1979 to 1984, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting. Michael also holds a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
