Georgina Stephens

Georgina Stephens has extensive experience in human resources, spanning over 14 years. Georgina is currently the Head of Human Resources at First Mile, where they lead the team and ensures the execution of the overall people plan. Prior to their current role, Georgina was the Human Resources Manager at BreadTalk Group Ltd, where they established and led the UK HR function, including recruiting and training a team of 100. Georgina also held the position of HR and Training Manager at Ceviche Limited, where they were responsible for building and executing the company's human resources strategy. Georgina has experience in establishing HR functions from scratch, enhancing people management processes, and developing training programs. Georgina has worked in various organizations, including Red Dog Restaurants, Gordon Ramsay Group, and Jamie Oliver Restaurant Group, where they focused on employee life cycle management, chef development and retention, and creating and delivering HR training programs. Georgina Stephens completed their education with an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of East London in the years 2012-2014. Prior to that, they attended Bancroft's School to complete their GCSEs and A Levels. Additionally, Georgina earned a CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice from Epping Forest College. Georgina has obtained several additional certifications, including the Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) practitioner certification from Thomas International in 2021, the Thomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence Practitioner certification in 2019, and a Certificate in Life Coaching from ducks in a row Life Coaching in 2017.
