Shelagh has over 15 years of experience in the dairy industry, having previously served as Managing Director / Business Development Director at Medina Dairy, Business Unit Director - Milk at Arla Foods (Milk Link), and Milk, Trading & Membership Director at Milk Link. Shelagh has a proven track record of success in growing businesses and developing innovative products and services. Shelagh holds a degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Wales.

Shelagh Hancock has a post graduate diploma in marketing from the CIM (Chartered Institute of Marketing), a Master of Science in Animal Nutrition from the University of Aberdeen, and a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Biochemistry & Nutrition from Newcastle University.
