Caroline Pienaar P.Geo, MBA, M.MRM is an experienced exploration professional currently serving as the Exploration Manager at First Mining Gold Corp. since December 2021, where responsibilities include developing exploration strategies to enhance mineral deposit discovery and operational efficiency, while leading and mentoring exploration teams.
