Joycelyn Lewis

Joycelyn Lewis serves as the CEO and Senior Strategist at The Soul Salon since January 2020 and as a Staff Minister at First Missionary Baptist Church since January 2023. Joycelyn is also an Inspirational Speaker and Workshop Presenter with a leadership consulting practice, focusing on topics such as Leadership Development and Spiritual Formation since 2001. Additionally, Joycelyn is the CEO of Joycelyn Lewis Consulting, a Leadership Development Strategist, and was the Executive Director of EQUIPPING LYDIA INC from February 2018 to July 2020, facilitating spiritual renewal through retreats. Joycelyn founded Legacy Mentoring Academy to develop leaders using a unique mentoring model. Prior experience includes roles in quality assurance and customer service training at Affiliated Computer Systems and as a Speech Language Pathologist for Fayette County Public Schools. Joycelyn holds multiple Master's degrees from Asbury Theological Seminary in Christian Leadership and Spiritual Formation, along with a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Eastern Kentucky University.
