Doug Hayes

Doug Hayes started their career in 1990 at Montana Mortgage Company as a Mortgage Specialist, where they executed residential real estate lending and developed new business opportunities. Doug maintained relations between clients, agents, and sellers until April 1998.

In April 1998, Doug joined First Montana Bank as President. Doug was part of a small four-person team, working out of a closet office in downtown Missoula. In their role, they focused on deposit-related responsibilities and managed over $8MM of the $12MM deposit portfolio in the first year. The end date of their role at First Montana Bank is not provided.

Doug Hayes attended the University of Montana from 1984 to 1986, during which they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study. Later, they enrolled in the DeVry Institute of Technology, where they pursued a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EET).
