Patti Shipley-Penry

Patti Shipley-Penry is a seasoned mortgage loan officer with extensive experience in the financial industry. Currently affiliated with Financial Concepts Mortgage LLC since August 2018, Patti previously held the position of loan officer at First Mortgage Company since August 2006. Patti holds a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Central Oklahoma, where education was completed from 1983 to 1986, and also attended Auburn University at Montgomery from 1980 to 1983.
