Benjamin Cran is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal risk and compliance management. Currently serving as General Manager for Legal Risk & Compliance at both First Mortgage Services and First Title since July 2023, Benjamin has a robust background in litigation and dispute resolution, previously holding notable positions including Head of Litigation & External Dispute Resolution and Senior Corporate Counsel at TAL Australia from April 2018 to June 2023. Benjamin's career includes significant roles at AMP, Commonwealth Bank, Swiss Re, and various law firms, marking over 15 years of specialized expertise in legal governance and risk management. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University and is a graduate of St Pius X College, Chatswood.
