Nicholas Bodle is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and system management. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager and previously as Lead System Support Specialist at First Mutual Holding Co. since October 2016, Nicholas oversees the Help Desk ticketing platform, manages service levels, and coordinates technology refresh projects.
