Tommy Brennan

Tommy Brennan, MPA, currently serves as an Appraisal Review Analyst at First National Bank of Omaha since May 2022. Prior to this role, Tommy worked as a Senior Real Property Appraiser for the City and County of Denver, where duties included leading appraisal efforts in complex neighborhoods and establishing fair values for property taxation. Tommy's experience also encompasses a position as a Senior Real Estate Specialist for the City of Fort Collins, managing real estate projects and negotiating transactions. Additional experience includes working as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser for Boulder County and as a Senior Real Property Appraiser with the City and County of Denver. Tommy holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Colorado Boulder.
