Brendon Matthews serves as a Board Member for the Ohio Bankers League Next Gen Advisory Board, contributing to the professional development of young bankers since November 2015. As EVP Senior Lender at First National Bank of Pandora since May 2006, Brendon oversees the credit function and loan portfolio, previously holding roles in business development and sales management. Additionally, Brendon taught banking and entrepreneurship courses as an Adjunct Professor at Bluffton University in early 2009. Early career experience includes various roles at Madison Community Bank, N.A. (First Merchants Bank) from 2002 to 2006. Brendon holds a Doctor of Education in Interdisciplinary Leadership from Creighton University and multiple degrees including an MBA from Anderson University and a graduate degree in banking from Barrett Graduate School of Banking.
