Ron Bogan

Ron Bogan has extensive experience in operational risk management and compliance within the banking sector, currently serving as Manager and VP of Operational Risk & Support Services at F.N.B. Corporation since November 2016. In this role, Ron is responsible for identifying and assessing compliance risks while overseeing remediation plans across various Retail business units. Previously, Ron held multiple positions at PNC from 2006 to 2016, including AVP roles in healthcare onboarding and retail escalation, where significant operational improvements were achieved. Earlier career experience at Citizens Bank involved leading teams in consumer banking and contributing to fraud prevention initiatives. Ron Bogan holds a degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in Act 120, Law Enforcement.
