Stephen Richter

Stephen Richter, CFA, has extensive experience in credit and risk management within the financial services industry. Currently serving as Regional Credit Officer and Senior Vice President at F.N.B. Corporation since October 2022, Richter also works as a Flight Instructor at Frederick Flight Center. Prior to these roles, Richter held multiple positions at PNC Financial Services Group, including Senior Vice President and Division Credit Executive from 2005 to 2022. Additional experience includes a Vice President role at T Rowe Price, where responsibilities included bond analysis and credit rating management, and a Vice President position at Euler Hermes ACI focusing on risk management. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Wharton School and an MBA in Finance from Temple University, alongside being a CFA Charter holder since 2000.
