Helen Edwards

Helen Edwards is an accomplished attorney and director with extensive experience in various legal fields. Currently serving as the Director at First National Bank Texas since May 2023, Helen has also operated her own practice, Helen Edwards, Esq., since February 2007, focusing on general business, corporate law, real estate, and wills, trusts, and probate. Helen has served as Attorney Ad Litem in guardianship and heirship cases for the Travis County Probate Courts. Prior experience includes counsel positions at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP, defending employers in constitutional and employment law claims, and as an associate attorney at Cole & Powell, P.C., defending governmental entities. Helen began a litigation career at Fulbright & Jaworski LLP from 1995 to 2001. Helen holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Texas School of Law and a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from St. Edward's University.
