Shannon Bergstedt

Shannon is a member of the Investment Team at Foresite Capital, focusing on opportunities in life sciences and healthcare technology.

Shannon joined Foresite from Verily (formerly Google Life Sciences), where she spent six years as a Business Development Lead, working with early-stage technologies and teams to develop commercial strategies and strategic partnerships. Prior to Verily, Shannon was on the founding team of Evidation Health, developed healthcare incubation concepts at GE Ventures, evaluated digital health investment opportunities at Kleiner Perkins, and supported the commercialization of a novel genomic diagnostic test at CardioDx. Shannon holds Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from Stanford University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
