Celia Kurniawan

Celia Kurniawan is a dedicated CPHR Candidate with extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across various organizations. Currently serving as a Recruitment Coordinator at First Nations Health Authority and a member of the Conference Advisory Committee for CPHR BC & Yukon, Celia has significantly contributed to the field by supporting regional human resource initiatives and fostering inclusive workplace environments. Previous roles include Co-President of the DSU Human Resource Management Club, where Celia implemented interactive events to engage students, and positions at Western Forest Products and OutsourceHR focusing on full recruitment cycles and candidate outreach. Celia holds a Post-Baccalaureate Degree in Advanced Human Resources Management from Douglas College and a Professional Bachelor in Tourism from Universitas Pelita Harapan.
