Lauren Rutherford currently serves as the Director of Evaluation at the First Nations Health Authority, a position held since February 2024, following an Acting Director role from July 2020 to January 2023. With extensive experience in evaluation and performance measurement, Lauren has provided strategic leadership in developing evaluation frameworks and overseeing complex evaluation projects across various sectors. Previous roles include Evaluation Specialist at the University of British Columbia and Senior Consultant at Ference & Company Consulting Ltd., where Lauren managed program evaluations for multiple government initiatives. A Master’s degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa complements Lauren’s strong academic background, which also includes studies at the University of Oxford and a BA Honours from York University.
