Michaeline Fayant

Michaeline Fayant - Poitras is a Human Resources Generalist at the First Nations Health Authority since September 2022, with prior experience as an Administrative Supervisor at Fraser Valley Aboriginal Child and Family Services Society from May 2019 to September 2022. Michaeline has also worked as a Talent Placement Specialist at Manpower from May 2016 to February 2018, after interning at the Moncton Branch, and served as an Admissions Advisor at Oulton College from November 2016 to July 2017. Michaeline studied Business Management at Oulton College, earning academic awards, and has held positions in management roles, including Assistant General Manager at Holiday Inn Express & Suites and General Manager at Horseshoe Pub. Michaeline completed the Indigenous Coach Program in October 2023.
