Max Desieno

Max DeSieno currently serves as the AVP of Training and Staff Development at First New York Federal Credit Union since September 2021, following a tenure as Training Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Technology Trainer and Curriculum Developer at The Research Foundation for SUNY from July 2013 to September 2021, where responsibilities involved overseeing the development and delivery of training programs for state agency staff. Max also worked as Education Specialist at Bishop Magin High School from March 2007 to June 2013, leading the business department and facilitating technology training for staff. Additional experience includes serving as Head Track Coach during the same period. Max holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Albany.
