Sara Paniccia

Sara Paniccia serves as the AVP Risk Management/Compliance Officer at First New York Federal Credit Union since February 2018. Previous roles include Manager of the Research & Adjustments Department at KeyBank, where responsibilities encompassed department leadership and operational servicing, and Security & Fraud Specialist at Sunmark FCU, managing investigations of fraud and compliance with regulatory requirements. Sara has extensive experience in risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and security measures, complemented by a strong educational background with two Associate of Science degrees from Schenectady County Community College in Criminalistics and Education.
