Shawn Griffin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to technology and administration. Shawn began their career at A&P Wines and Spirits as an Assistant Manager before transitioning to the IT field. Shawn worked as a Temporary Employee and IT Support Analyst at Solix Inc, where they provided technical support to end users and maintained computer hardware and software. Shawn then took on the role of Technical Systems Support Specialist at Solix Inc, assisting in domain transitions and training local desktop teams. Shawn also served as a Server Support Specialist at Solix Inc, where they were responsible for infrastructure maintenance, server support, and SSL certificate management. Following this, Shawn worked as a Windows System Administrator at INetU Managed Hosting.
