Libby Feyh

Libby Feyh has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Libby'smost recent role was as the SVP/Human Resources Director at First Northern Bank, where they utilized their expertise in human resources management. Prior to that, they worked as a Cattle Rancher at Bald Mountain Cattle, where they worked alongside their family to raise and sell grass-fed, open range cattle. Feyh also served as the Director Talent Acquisition at Sierra Nevada Corporation, where they were responsible for talent acquisition strategies. Additionally, they held the position of VP Human Resources at VITEK Mortgage Group, where they provided counsel to the president and executive team and was involved in business strategy development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Regional HR Manager at DSW Inc. and as the Director of Field Human Resources at Coldwater Creek, where they focused on employee relations and leadership training and development. Overall, Feyh has a wide range of experience in human resources, leadership, and business strategy.

Libby Feyh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with a major in Marketing, from San Jose State University. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM in January 2015, the SPHR-CA certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) in May 2008 (which was later replaced by separate SPHR and PHRca certifications at the time of renewal), the PHRca certification from HRCI in May 2016, and the SPHR certification from HRCI in December 2000.
