Lauren Wright

Lauren Wright, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as SVP/Director of Human Resources and previously as SVP/Principal HR Business Partner at First Citizens Bank since January 2015. In these roles, Lauren acts as a strategic liaison between executive leadership and Human Resources, driving organizational goals through effective workforce solutions. Prior positions include VP/Sr. HR Advisory Services Consultant and VP/Sr. Human Resources Consultant, focusing on employee relations and people strategies to align HR activities with business objectives. Earlier, Lauren held the role of AVP/Area Human Resources Manager at First Citizens Bank & Trust of South Carolina from February 2006 to January 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
