Rashelle Snead is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in communications and operations management. Currently serving as AVP of Corporate Communications at First Northern Bank since June 2016 and as Director of Operations at Sierra Consulting Services since December 2012, Rashelle has honed a diverse skill set encompassing client account oversight, marketing, bookkeeping, and business administration. Prior experience includes a prominent role as Communications Manager at VSP Vision Care, where Rashelle excelled in employee communications, along with earlier positions that involved significant contributions to communication-related projects and operations at companies such as KB Home. Rashelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Studies from California State University-Sacramento, obtained in 2004.
