Luke Gerald is the regional account manager for First Onsite Property Restoration in Mobile, Alabama. Luke has over twenty years of experience in the customer service and management industry.

Luke started their career in customer service as an infantryman in the United States Army Infantry from 1998-2000. After their time in the Army, they became a community association manager where they were responsible for the management of multiple properties. In this role, they led a team of housekeepers and maintenance staff while also working with a variety of business-related professionals.

In 2012, Luke became the regional director for FirstService Residential Florida. In this role, they managed a team of customer service representatives who were responsible for providing world-class customer service to residents in Florida. Luke was with FirstService Residential Florida for six years before moving to Complete DKI in 2018 where they became the commercial business manager.

In their current role as regional account manager for First Onsite Property Restoration, Luke is responsible for managing the company's relationships with its clients in Alabama. Luke has been in this role since 2022 and has enjoyed helping First Onsite Property Restoration grow its business in the state of Alabama.
