First Option Healthcare is a complex care provider who pride ourselves on providing packages of care for highly complex individuals. We provide care for both the NHS and the private sector. First Option provide a tailored and bespoke service for both clients and staff. We provide complex clinical training that is designed around the individual. All of our care packages are managed by a Clinical Lead Nurse who maintains clinical oversight of the care delivery. All our staff are placed based of their level of expertise and they receive regular updates on training that is provided by our clinical educator. We have a senior clinical team including: Clinical Director, National Clinical Lead, National Lead for LD and Autism, Head of Clinical Mobilisation. We also have a team of Regional Lead nurses and a team of Clinical Leads. All of our care packages are set up by our dedicated and highly trained mobilisation team who provide effective communication from the start of your experience with us. Our office support team of care managers are trained to recognise what is required for the care package and they will ensure that your preferences for staff are managed in an effective but fair way.
