Jay Dee Flynn

Jay Dee Flynn has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jay Dee currently works at First Option Mortgage as the Business Development Director, where they provide residential mortgage services and manages loan officers. Prior to this, they worked at Indiana Search Technologies as the Human Resources Director and Business Development professional. Jay also has extensive experience in the mortgage industry, working at First Option Mortgage as a Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, and Loan Officer for several years. Jay Dee has also worked in sales roles at RHDonnelley and Cintas, managing client relationships and sales territories. Jay's early career included roles as a Mortgage Loan Officer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Gmac Mortgage Corporation. Jay Dee also had a stint in the sports industry, working as a Player and Community Relations representative for the Richmond Speed Arena Football team. Before that, they were an Assistant Football Coach at Randolph-Macon College and Wabash College, where they coached wide receivers and contributed to game strategy. Throughout their career, Jay has developed skills in leadership, sales, customer relations, and mortgage lending.
