Rachel Eisenhut

Rachel Eisenhut is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at First Option Mortgage since January 2025, Rachel previously held various positions at Waterstone Mortgage Corporation from October 2020 to January 2025, where roles included Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Generalist, and Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as an HR Operations Specialist at Fiserv from October 2019 to October 2020, and HR Specialist and HR Coordinator at Select Rehabilitation from August 2016 to June 2019. Rachel began their HR career as an HR Coordinator at The Cellular Connection in early 2016. Rachel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 2015.
