Wendy Pelaez

Wendy Pelaez is a seasoned professional in safety services, currently serving as Deputy Head of Safety Services at First Option since November 2021. With a robust background at BBC spanning over 15 years, roles included Safety, Security & Resilience Manager and Safety Advisor, contributing significantly to safety and resilience initiatives. Earlier experiences include positions at Red Bee Media Ltd and various roles at BBC, where Wendy built expertise in health and safety management. The early career began in the television industry with roles in programme research and data preparation, establishing a diverse skill set. Wendy completed high school education at Alperton High School in 1991.
