Cathy Lloyd

Cathy Lloyd is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in talent acquisition and support. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Partner at First Orion since February 2020, Cathy previously held the position of Talent Partner at the same organization. Prior to First Orion, Cathy accumulated significant experience at Acxiom, working from January 2002 to January 2020 as an HR Support Specialist focused on recruiting. Cathy Lloyd holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Pensacola Junior College, attended from 1981 to 1982, and has also studied at the University of West Florida during 1983 to 1984.
