First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria
Rueben Berg is an experienced leader and advocate with a background in architecture, holding a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Queensland. Currently serving as Co-Chair and Representative for the Metropolitan Region at the First Peoples' Assembly of Victoria since November 2019, Rueben has also held significant roles such as Managing Director of RJHB Consulting since March 2012, and Chair of the Ultimate Rules Committee for the World Flying Disc Federation since August 2008. Other notable positions include Director for the Indigenous Ultimate Association until December 2023, Director for the Australian Communities Foundation from July 2021 to July 2023, and Member of The Heritage Council of Victoria from October 2018 to March 2023. Additional leadership experience includes Chairperson and Director roles at Westernport Water, Commissioner for the Victorian Environmental Water Holder, Executive Officer at Indigenous Architecture and Design Victoria, and Indigenous Heritage Advocate at The National Trust of Australia (Vic).
