Megan Brink

Director, Human Resources at First Peoples Fund

Megan Brink, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at First Peoples Fund, a nonprofit organization focused on supporting Native artists and culture bearers. Prior experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at Brink Constructors Inc., where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Earlier roles included Human Resources Representative and Office/HR Assistant at Brink Constructors, along with positions as a Naturalist with South Dakota Game, Fish & Parks, and Shelter Advocate at Working Against Violence Inc. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree with double majors in Human Services and Sociology, complemented by minors in Spanish and American Indian Studies from Black Hills State University.
