Amanda Munson

Amanda Munson, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and technology, currently serving as the Director of HRIS and Technology at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since May 2014. In this role, Amanda is the subject matter expert for internal procedures and the PREMIER leave of absence program, overseeing HRIS upgrades and various HR projects. Previous positions at the same institution include Human Resources Total Rewards Manager and Human Resources Corporate Leave Specialist, where responsibilities included coordinating leave of absence programs and maintaining compliance with federal regulations. Amanda began their career in human resources as an Assistant, providing support with new hire processes and administrative tasks. Prior experience includes working as a Barista at Juice Stop from May 2011 to May 2014. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science in General Studies from Dakota State University, completed in 2013.
