John McDuffee has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. John began their career as a Credit Analyst at Motorola in 1988 and later became a Regional Manager at Interstate Battery System of America in 1989. In this role, they were responsible for the profitability and growth of 25 distributorships, and successfully implemented strategies for sales growth and new market development. John then transitioned to BancLeasing, Inc. in 1998, where they worked as a Leasing Consultant. During their time there, they developed business relationships with executive management of community banks, resulting in the successful implementation of an equipment leasing program and closures of over $30 million in leases. In 2001, John joined Community First Leasing as a Vice President and was involved in structuring equipment financing leases for commercial clients. John also developed and evolved business relationships with bank presidents and senior loan officers. John's most recent role was at First Preston HT/HomeTelos, where they served as the Vice President of Finance and Operations. Their responsibilities included ensuring financial and operational efficiency of various investment and management entities, overseeing payroll and HR functions, managing compliance on government contracts, and maintaining banking, tax, and audit relationships.
