Janelle Hake

Janelle Hake possesses extensive experience in nonprofit development and communications, currently serving as the Director of Development and Communications at Margaret E. Moul Home since June 2022. In addition, Janelle has been engaged in nonprofit development and strategy consulting with First Principle since 2019, focusing on revenue portfolio management and donor relations. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Visual Impact Group - USA, where Janelle managed strategic direction and revenue growth, and various positions at Koa Agency, culminating as Director of Marketing, emphasizing campaign development and client analysis. Janelle also served as Grant Director at Susan G. Komen, overseeing grant management and project completion. Janelle holds a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from York College of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University, alongside completed coursework at the University of California, Berkeley.
