Ben Habib

Ben Habib is Group Chief Executive at First Property Group. Ben has over 25 years of experience in the property industry.

Ben Habib began their career in 1987 as a Corporate Finance Business Analyst at Shearson Lehman Hutton Inc. Ben then moved to PWS Holdings Plc as Finance Director in 1989. In 1994, they became Managing Director at JKL Property Ltd, where they worked for six years.

In 2000, Ben Habib joined First Property Group as Group Chief Executive. Under their leadership, the company has become one of the largest property investors and developers in Central and Eastern Europe.

Ben Habib was educated at Rugby School and the University of Cambridge, where they earned their MA.
